Featuring musicians from Stratus Chamber Orchestra set to perform Peter and the Wolf, this interactive program brings the story’s memorable characters to life while helping young listeners discover how music can tell a story.

Wednesdays – Sundays, 7pm-11pm August 8th through November 8th, 2026 | Bright Nights at Four Mile returns with a magical menagerie of brightly colored lanterns. This year travels through space and time; shrink down to the size of a Four Mile honeybee to explore life as an insect and walk alongside a giant mantis or through a field of oversized wildflowers. Cross the globe to discover African animals and dive deep into the ocean to spend time with sharks. Delight in the same natural world that inspired Victorian literary classics!

Pack your (imaginary) bags for Passport to Music! Families with children ages 7 and under will sit right inside the orchestra and travel the globe through music, movement, and interactive fun. Featuring professional musicians, an opera singer and dancer, English-Spanish bilingual narration, and ASL interpretation in a welcoming, sensory-friendly environment.
